2, Specification:
- Appearance: Light yellow to brown transparent liquid
- Composition: Fluoropolymer

- pH value: 3.5-5.5
- Solubility: Easily soluble in water
3, Characteristic:
- Excellent oil repellent for pulp molded products and papers.
- Retain original appearance and feel characteristics.
- Strong adaptability to the working environment and low foam.
- Comply with relevant national and international standards for food contact material additives.
- Does not contain PFOA and PFOS.
4, Application:
- For pulp molded products : It can be directly added to the beating water, and the recommended concentration is 0.5%~1.5%.
- For paper products: surface sizing or coating process.
Surface sizing method: 1.2-3.0% of the starch paste
Coating method: 0.1g/m2~0.4g/m2 (content per square meter )
Processing process: surface sizing (dip rolling) or surface coating → drying (100-130 ℃, paper need be fully dried)
5, Precaution:
- When used in combination with other additives, please first determine the performance
- The actual dosage and concentration in production may vary depending on the production process and equipment.
- It is recommended to conduct a small trial sample before mass production to determine the optimal dosage.
- Please store the product between 5 ℃ and 40 ℃ to avoid direct sunlight, freezing.
