1, Description:
Decolorizing agent is a high molecular cationic polymer, which contains a large number of active groups such as amino, imino, and hydroxymethyl in the molecular chain. It has the special effect of removing the color of printing and dyeing wastewater. By providing a large number of cations, the negative charge on the dye molecules is neutralized and destabilized. At the same time, the added decolorizer generates a large amount of floccules due to hydrolysis, which can adsorb and capture the destabilized dye molecules and separate them from the water body, thereby achieving the purpose of decolorization. In addition to having a good decolorization effect on printing and dyeing wastewater, this product also has a good treatment effect on oily sewage, papermaking wastewater, coal washing wastewater, textile wastewater, etc.
2, Application:
Decolorizing agent is mainly used for the treatment of colored wastewater in industries such as textile printing and dyeing, papermaking, pigments, printing, cartons, petroleum, coking, municipal sewage, chemical wastewater, ink wastewater, etc., while also reducing other pollutants in the water, reducing the chromaticity of sewage, and improving the effluent quality.
3, Usage:
1) Dilute with 10-40 times water, then add directly to the sewage, stir for a few minutes and then settle or float to obtain the decolorized clear liquid.
2) The pH value of the wastewater should be adjusted to 7-10.
3) When the chromaticity and COD of the wastewater are high, it can be used with inorganic coagulants such as polyaluminum chloride and polyferric chloride, but they cannot be mixed. This can reduce the treatment cost. Whether to add inorganic coagulants first or later should be determined according to the test and treatment process.
